Learning to be a primary teacher: core knowledge and understanding

 

This is an essential core text for all primary trainees and beginning teachers, covering the key knowledge, understanding and skills new teachers should have. It addresses all aspects of the Teachers' Standards and includes important and seminal research findings in relation to the content of each chapter, with a clear emphasis on evidence-based teaching.
