Maths chest 7: set of standard items
Maths Chest 7 is the seventh of a developmental scheme published in the late 1980s, suitable for use at Key Stage Two. The aims of the scheme were to provide concrete activities to allow secure formation of concepts and develop understanding. The scheme was written with the firm belief that children should enjoy mathematics therefore includes many games and investigations designed to motivate and encourage self-confidence in learners.
This resource inclues a textbook and answer book, though designed to be used in conjunction with the Maths Chest teacher's file they may be used to supplement teaching of number, measure, shape and space and handling data at upper Key Stage Two.
