SEP microwave indicator
The Phone Flasher kit uses a cheap commercially-available device that flashes when it detects microwave radiation, for example from a mobile phone. For ease of handling, the kit has a Phone Flasher mounted on a box.
The SEP microwave indicator works in a similar way, though it is a more convenient instrument for exploring the properties of microwave radiation, for example, to find out whether it is absorbed by different materials.
