Positive mental attitude pocketbook

'In this pocketbook 31 techniques (one for each day of the month) are set out to help develop a more positive mindset.  For each of the techniques there is a summary of the key learning points, an explanation of the psychology behind the technique, an exercise/activity to reinforce the learning and, in the author's words, 'some great visuals'.
